Delivery Days

• We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday.

• No deliveries are made on Sundays or Mondays to maintain the highest standards of freshness.

Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: All orders include free shipping for your convenience.

Processing Time

• Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, subject to availability.

• Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Scheduled Deliveries

• You can schedule your delivery date during checkout to ensure your flowers arrive exactly when you need them.

Address Modifications

• Once a shipment has been processed, changes to the delivery address cannot be made. Please verify all details during checkout to avoid any issues.

Missed Deliveries
